Cookie Policy

Effective date 8 October 2026

This policy explains how CRBH Ltd, trading as Kalaidescope, uses cookies and similar technologies on kalaidescopeuk.co.uk and how you can manage your choices.

1 What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, including tags, pixels, local storage and session-recording scripts, may also store or access information on your device or help a website recognise a browser.

2 How we use them

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, remember consent choices, understand how visitors use the website, measure enquiry journeys and improve website performance. Some technologies may also help us attribute an enquiry to a referral source or campaign.

3 Your choices

Strictly necessary technologies operate because they are required for functions you request or for the website to work securely. We ask for your consent before using non-essential analytics, session-insight or marketing technologies. Rejecting non-essential technologies will not prevent you from accessing the main website content.

You can accept, reject or customise non-essential technologies through the consent banner. You can change your choice later through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5 Indicative cookie schedule

The following identifiers are commonly associated with the tools planned for the website. Aasim must replace this indicative schedule with the results of a scan of the completed live website before publication because exact names, providers and durations depend on configuration and may change.

6 Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager helps us manage website tags. The tag-management tool itself is not used as a justification to activate non-essential services. Tags for analytics, session insight or marketing must respect the choices recorded through the consent platform.

7 Microsoft Clarity

If you consent, Microsoft Clarity may collect interaction information such as clicks, scrolling and page navigation so we can understand how the website is used and identify usability problems. Form fields and personal information must be masked in the final configuration. We do not intend to use Clarity to record confidential questionnaire answers or financial information.

8 HubSpot and Calendly

HubSpot may support forms, attribution and enquiry management. Calendly may support appointment booking. If Calendly opens on an external website, Calendly’s own privacy and cookie information also applies to that service. The final consent configuration must reflect whether either service is embedded, loaded automatically or activated only when you request the relevant function.

9 Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Browser settings may not control every similar technology, and blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect website functions. The website Cookie Settings control is the preferred way to manage the non-essential services used by Kalaidescope.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, suppliers, technologies or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
